About Us
Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is here to serve you.
Jack Crawley
Owner and President Jack Crawley, is a 5 time ASE Master Technician and currently holds certification in ASE L-1 Advanced Diagnostics, Parts, Alternate Fuel and Service Consultant. Jack has been trained by the AskPatty.com staff and is now certified as a “female friendly” consultant.
Jack has designed the new shop at 820 W. Commonwealth Ave. with the exterior design being handle by local architect Joe West of Silber Architects. Always involved, Jack is overseeing every aspect of construction process at the new location.
Jack’s interest in cars began in high school auto shop and a part time job sweeping floors in a local repair shop, to owner of Fisk Automotive 35 years later. Having worked from the “ground up”, Jack has truly become a master of all trades. Jack enjoys helping his clients understand how to best take care of their vehicles and welcomes their questions and addresses their concerns.
Jack along with his wife Cyndy, is always looking to improve Fisk Automotive through advanced training and being open to new ways to make the shop better. Jack’s spare time is filled with family, golf and giving back to the automotive industry through volunteering for the Automotive Service Councils of California (ASCCA).
Marty Cohen
Shop manager Marty Cohen, also an ASE Master Technician, has been a familiar face at Fisk Automotive for over 10 years. Typically your first contact when you call or walk in, Marty’s concern for our clients vehicle service or repairs are first and foremost. He makes certain that all concerns and needs are clearly identified and dealt with in a professional manner. Marty has been trained by the AskPatty.com staff and is now certified as a “female friendly” consultant.
Like many in our industry, Marty’s start was restoring vintage Volkswagens and his professional background includes servicing Porsches and VWs. Marty enjoys his “off time” riding the dunes of Glamis on his ATV or fishing up in the Sierra Neveda mountains for trout.
Frank Garcia
Technician Frank Garcia joined the Fisk team in 2005, and is our industry’s next generation of technicians. While Frank holds ASE certification in 6 different areas, when repairing cars he is always looking to expand his knowledge and take on more responsibility in our shop. Frank spends his free time raising his family, riding his bicycle or playing golf. Frank has been trained by the AskPatty.com staff and is now certified as a “female friendly” consultant and is also bi-lingual in Spanish.
Scott Fischbach
The newest member of our team is Scott Fischbach. Scott joined Fisk Automotive in 2007 when we expanded our business through the acquisition of Ira Newman Automotive.
Scott may be the “new guy” at Fisk Automotive, but has decades of experience and is now a ASE Master Technician. Scott has a variety of skills in engine diagnostics and repairs and also holds the ASE L1 advanced level certification. Scott spends his free time with family, his dogs and camping. His hobbies include classic Dodge cars and riding his bicycle down the Santa Ana river trail with his wife Laura.
Vi Thompson
Vi is like the energizer bunny. Technically she’s retired, but she is still keeping the staff in line! Vi takes charge on our special projects and is in charge of customer satisfaction. She follows up on every client that comes in to make sure everything is perfect. Vi enjoys dancing with favorite guy Vance twice a week. Her pride and joy is her maroon colored 1975 Dodge Dart. You’ll see it at the shop once in a while, so check it out.
